Phil Hystek has been flying speedwings longer than anyone in Australia having started at the outset when Gin Gliders released their Bobcat in 2008. Phil's wing of choice is the Gin Gliders Fluit 2 11m which he flies at a wing loading of 8.6kg/m2. This is seriously fast and Phil knows the need for a perfect launch and landing as well as understanding the dynamics of such a highly loaded wing.
Yes, Speed Flying can be incredibly dangerous, but if you learn to do it right, you can greatly reduce those risks, leaving pretty much nothing but a whole load of FUN.

This course usually takes up to 4 (part) days in a group lesson.
